Conference Registration Procedure
Please follow the steps below to complete your registration for the conference.

Create an Account
1. Visit the official NSVIR website: nsvir.com
2. Navigate to the Login menu and click Register.
3. In the registration form, select Event Register as the Registration Type.
4. Complete the required information and click Register.
Important
After submitting the registration form, your account will initially be placed in Pending status. The NSVIR Administration will review and verify your account. Once your account has been successfully verified, your status will be changed to Verified. Only verified users will be able to access the Event Registration feature after logging in.

Make the Required Payment
5. Pay the required registration fee through the designated payment method.
6. Keep the payment voucher or receipt safely and save it in one of the following formats:

Register for the Conference
7. Visit the official NSVIR website: nsvir.com
8. Navigate to the Login menu and click Login.
9. Enter your registered email address and password, then log in to your account.
10. From the menu, select Event Registration.
11. Select the conference/event for which you wish to register.
12. Complete the event registration form by providing the following information:
Phone Number
Short Description
Payment Voucher / Receipt
Delegate Type
13. After completing all the required fields, click Save Changes to submit your registration.

Payment Verification & QR Code
After submitting the event registration form, the NSVIR Administration will review and verify your payment.
✓ A QR Code will be generated and made available in your account.
✓ Log in to your NSVIR account and access your event registration to view the QR Code.
✓ Download and save the QR Code securely.

Important — Official Entry Pass
The downloaded QR Code will serve as your official entry pass for the conference. Please keep it readily accessible and present it at the conference venue for entry.
